We answer the most common questions that our guests usually have in this section to offer you first-hand information to organize your experience.
Information about times and dates
Our in-person service hours are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and from then until 10:00 pm, we are available remotely.
Check-in times are from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm and are done autonomously. You will receive instructions once you have completed online traveler registration. You will receive an email from notificaciones@mail.partee.com if you have made your reservation on our website, or a link if you have made your reservation through other online booking channels (e.g., booking.com, Airbnb, etc.). We also need you to inform us if you wish to arrive outside of the indicated hours to ensure that your traveler registration is complete.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast service is available every day. Summer hours: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. / Winter hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
When does the pool open?
The pool is open from June 1 to September 30. However, if the weather conditions cooperate, we will have the pool full from the beginning of May.

Is the best price guaranteed by booking through the web?
Yes, on the web you will always find the lowest price compared to other agencies and web pages. To guarantee this, if if you find it cheaper, with the same conditions, we will keep you the best price and we will refund the difference.
Is it safe to book through the web?
Of course, we work with external companies that guarantee the security and confidentiality of online payments.
Are there discounts and benefits for booking through the web?
Yes, we always offer the best price and, in addition, several discounts that you can only enjoy if you book through our website:

Information about rooms
It is not possible to choose a specific room within the booked room type.
If you have seen a room in the photos that you particularly like, you can indicate this in the comments section of your booking, and we will do our best to assign it to you, subject to availability.
Do the rooms have a shower or a bathtub?
All hotel rooms have a shower in the bathroom.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
The hotel currently has 14 rooms in total. These are divided into double rooms, superior rooms with a balcony, and family rooms.
Do the rooms have a double bed or two single beds?
Most rooms have a double bed, although we also have some with two single beds. You can indicate your preference in the comments section when making your booking, and we will take it into account, subject to availability.
What are the double rooms like?
Some standard double rooms located on the second floor have sloping ceilings.
If you prefer a room with sloping ceilings, please indicate this in the comments section of your booking, and we will try to accommodate your preference.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
No. The hotel does not have an elevator to access the first or second floors.
Do the rooms have a terrace?
Standard double rooms and family rooms do not have a terrace, although all rooms are exterior-facing and offer views of the surrounding natural landscape.
Superior rooms do have a terrace with expansive views of the area.

The accommodation is situated in a very peaceful natural setting near Pinos Genil, which is just a 5-minute drive away.
The location is ideal for those seeking relaxation surrounded by nature without straying too far from Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Is it easy to get to the accomodation?
Regarding how to get to the accomodation, we leave you the link to our website with the easiest way to do it, since sometimes the gps send by another road access is more complicated. Access is fast and on good roads.
Is a car necessary to get to the accommodation?
Yes, it is advisable to come by car. The accommodation is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, and there is no direct public transport to the hotel. With a car, you can easily get around the area. The village of Pinos Genil is just 5 minutes away, where you will find bars, restaurants, and shops.
Furthermore, the accommodation is very well located for visiting Sierra Nevada or the center of Granada, both a 20-minute drive away.
If you don’t want to travel in the morning, we recommend booking breakfast at the accommodation.
Is there parking at the accommodation?
Yes. We have free private outdoor parking for our guests on the property, so you can park conveniently throughout your stay.
Information about plans
In the surroundings you can do various hiking or cycling routes through the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Also visit Granada (20 minutes away) or charming towns such as Pinos Genil or Güejar Sierra. In winter, you can go skiing to the Sierra Nevada station (25 minutes away). We recommend you visit our plans section by clicking here to see all the proposals that we recommend throughout the year.
How far is the accommodation from Granada?
The accommodation is just a 20-minute drive from Granada.
This allows you to enjoy the tranquility of nature while also easily visiting the historic center, the Alhambra, or the city’s most famous neighborhoods.
Is it near Sierra Nevada?
Yes, the accommodation is very well located for visiting Sierra Nevada.
You can reach the Sierra Nevada ski resort by car in approximately 30 minutes, making it a great option both in winter for skiing and in summer for hiking.
Are there restaurants or bars near the accommodation?
Yes. In the village of Pinos Genil, just a 5-minute drive away, you will find several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine.
If you prefer not to travel in the morning, you can also book breakfast service at the accommodation.
We have a space with utensils, tables, and a microwave where you can bring your food and prepare it there.
Pet information
Do you accept pets?
Although we have some animals on the farm, we do not accept pets in the accomodation.
